Palat Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana) are a core spice in many South Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines. They are known for their distinct, slightly bitter taste, which mellows upon roasting or cooking. They are used whole in tempering (tadka) to add a nutty aroma to curries, dals, and vegetable dishes, and are a critical ingredient in many pickle masalas.
